Porn Star Arrested For Trying To Do This (Photos)

A porn star has been arrested for allegedly trying to hire a hitman for a murder. Katrina Danforth who performs under the names Lynn Passion and Lynn Pleasant — was held by federal agents at Spokane International Airport in Washington on Wednesday morning, it’s emerged.

Court papers reveal that she allegedly tried to hire a hitman to kill someone identified only as ‘H.R.’, according to the New York Post. She is accused of using a phone four times and the mail once between October 20 and November 10 to try to hire a hitman which has been divided into five different charges.

Danforth’s Instagram account lists herself as a porn star from North Dakota although she is thought to have retired from the business after making eight films between 2005 and 2010, according to IMDB.

Danforth who tweeted in February 2016 that she was “not shooting porn anymore” although her account said she was available for “phone sex” told local outlet KHQ that she had no idea why US Marshals had cuffed her.

She is reported to have said: “I don’t really know, precisely…”

Nothing further is known about the identity of ‘H.R.’ – other that they live in Idaho, USA, are are unharmed, according to Assistant US Attorney Traci Whelan. Danforth told US Magistrate Judge John Rodgers that she couldn’t afford her own lawyer to represent herself at a hearing on Wednesday.

The S-R also reported Assistant U.S. Attorney James Goeke asked Rodgers to keep Danforth in jail because of a “serious risk of flight and danger to the community.” She is being held at Spokane County Jail and is expected to reappear in court later today.

If found guilty she faces a maximum 10 years in prison and $250,000 for each of five counts she is facing.
